We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Bakery Mixer Operator to join our client’s food production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately weighing, scaling, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes and production standards. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, consistency, and food safety in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial bakery mixing equipment to prepare dough and batters according to production schedules
Weigh, scale, and batch ingredients precisely to meet recipe and quality specifications
Monitor mixing cycles and make adjustments to ensure correct texture, consistency, and quality
Follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support workflow and material movement
Lift and handle ingredients and materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in bakery, food production, or manufacturing preferred
Experience as a Bakery Mixer, Dough Mixer, or Scaler is a strong asset
Ability to read and follow recipes and production instructions




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
Knowledge of GMP / food processing standards is an asset

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
