We are hiring casual, on-call janitors to help cover staff vacations, illnesses, and other absences. Requirements
Vulnerable Sector Criminal Background Check

Transportation to the school
Ability to work a physically demanding job for up to 8 hours/day

Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.




Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Positive physical stamina; ability to lift and move equipment or supplies as needed.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
