Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Facilitator to lead educational sessions and support learning initiatives across diverse settings. Duties
Plan and deliver engaging instructional activities tailored to the needs of adults and learners of varying abilities
Facilitate group discussions, activities, and hands-on exercises that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, inclusive, and protected learning environment
Collaborate with community and team members to assess learner progress and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements
Background in human services,



teaching or related field with experience working with adults
Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with learners of all ages
Knowledge of math concepts and teaching methods suitable for young learners
Understanding of trauma , learning needs and inclusive teaching practices
Excellent organizational skills including proofreading and preparing instructional materials

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
