Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with event check-in and registration processes
Facilitate fun activities and games tailored to different age groups, especially children
Ensure the safety of all attendees by monitoring event spaces and managing crowd control
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or merchandise sales
Assist in setting up and cleaning up event areas to maintain a welcoming atmosphere




Support food service operations by serving snacks or beverages when required

Requirements
Experience working with children or in a customer-focused environment is highly preferred
Strong public speaking skills to engage groups and lead activities confidently
Excellent customer service and guest services skills to ensure positive experiences for all attendees
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly with attention to accuracy
Previous food service experience or hospitality background is a plus
Energetic, friendly, and motivated with a proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
