Have restaurant / kitchen experience
Experience making pizza would be a bonus
Customer service experience
Cash Register Experience

Be committed to operational and training systems
Have solid verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Possess strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:
Making Pizzas and menu items according to Freshslice guidelines
Inventory/stock
Prepping
Cleaning
Sampling
Cashier

Bonuses:
Annual Performance Bonus




$50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
$25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership
$15,000 bonus for referral of a Full-Ownership Franchise Partner
$5,000 bonus for referral of a Director of Franchise Sales (must be full time, exclusive & live in the area)
$1,000 bonus for each successful location you find.
