Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Assist guests with seating arrangements, reservations, and inquiries to enhance their experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all guest-facing areas
Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing clear information and assistance
Support food service operations by coordinating with servers and ensuring timely guest service




Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend shifts

Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries gracefully
Ability to work flexible weekend hours in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in hotel or restaurant settings is a plus but not required
Positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
