Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients to ensure timely meal service
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination
Serve dishes to guests promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks in the kitchen setting




Maintain inventory levels by properly storing ingredients and notifying management of shortages or spoilage
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold excellent food service standards

Requirements
Food safe certification
Serving it right certification
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a quick-paced environment
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience with serving customers or working in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
