Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for fashion and trends. This role involves providing clients with high-quality haircuts, color treatments, and styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The Hair Stylist will also engage in retail sales and maintain salon sanitation standards to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Engage in upselling retail products to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Build solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal clientele.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques,



and products through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon setting.
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear recommendations.
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
