Bagel Barn is looking for an experienced Production Baker to join our growing team.

If you have experience working in a commercial bakery and enjoy producing high-quality baked goods from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role focused on preparing our fresh bagels and other bakery products each day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Mix and prepare dough from scratch
Weigh, divide, and form bagels
Bake bagels and other bakery products
Prepare a variety of house-made cream cheeses and spreads
Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-secure work environment
Monitor inventory and communicate ingredient needs
Assist with other bakery production tasks as required

Qualifications
Previous experience in a commercial bakery is required




Experience mixing dough and working with bakery equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
Food Handler Certification is an asset
