Underdogs Sports Bar is looking for an experienced, reliable Bar Supervisor to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who knows the restaurant/bar industry, can confidently take charge of a busy floor, and isn’t afraid to jump in and serve when needed.

$20–$23/hour based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

⁠ ⁠Managing the floor and supporting staff throughout the shift

⁠ ⁠Handling guest concerns and ensuring great service

⁠ ⁠Counting tills and completing cashouts

⁠ ⁠Learning and following cash-handling procedures

⁠ ⁠Serving/bartending when not actively floor managing

⁠ ⁠Supporting opening/closing procedures

⁠ ⁠Keeping the team organized and the shift running smoothly





⁠ ⁠Leading by example and maintaining our service standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of restaurant/bar experience

⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

⁠ ⁠Robust communication and leadership skills

⁠ ⁠Comfortable handling cash and taking responsibility for a shift

⁠ ⁠Able to stay calm and organized in a quick-paced environment

⁠ ⁠Reliable, skilled and team-oriented

⁠ ⁠Must be available for a mix of evenings and weekends
