Duties
Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using electronic medical records systems.
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly.
Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accuracy across digital platforms
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient charts.
Coordinate appointment scheduling with chiropractors and support staff to optimize daily flow.
Handle billing processes, insurance verifications,



and payment collections with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area while adhering to clinic policies on confidentiality and privacy.

Experience
Prior experience as a chiropractic or medical receptionist is highly preferred, especially within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with electronic health records and direct billing third party insurance companies an asset
Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and healthcare providers.
Demonstrated office experience in busy front desk environments handling multi-line phone systems.
Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
