What You’ll Be Working On

As part of our fabrication team, you’ll be involved in building and assembling industrial equipment and custom components including:
Logging truck outfitting
Hydraulic log loader systems
Dump boxes and trailers
Heavy-duty custom fabrication projects

This role requires someone who can interpret fabrication drawings, complete quality welds, and work safely and efficiently both independently and with a team.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and weld industrial components and equipment
Prepare materials and assemblies for production
Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication and assembly
Support ongoing shop efficiency and workflow improvements
Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies
Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills




Experience with FCAW and GMAW welding processes
Aluminum welding experience considered an asset
Ability to work with TIG or push-pull systems is beneficial
Robust understanding of fabrication shop practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills in English
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Reliable transportation
Legally authorized to work in Canada

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
