Job Summary:

We are seeking a Radio & Digital Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across both on-air and digital platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a small-market environment, builds robust local relationships, and understands how to combine radio, and digital advertising into effective marketing solutions.

You’ll lead a small sales team while actively selling and growing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals across radio and digital platforms

Train and coach account executives on selling radio and digital products and bundled solutions

Identify and target potential clients in the market

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Present product offerings to potential clients and negotiate contracts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful

implementation of solutions

Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities

Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements:

Experience in radio sales,



business development (required)
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
Proficiency in Outlook, SDS or similar CRM software is preferred.

Strong administration skills with proven ability to be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Pay: $45,000.00-$89,000.00 per year
