Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met across all food preparation areas

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, or similar setting communicating directly with customers is highly preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards
