Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, offering recommendations and product demos when appropriate
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain accurate inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and product displays that attract customer attention
Provide detailed product information, including alcohol regulations and beverage options, to support customer decisions
Upsell complementary products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing by following merchandising standards




Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Skills
Previous retail sales experience, especially in alcohol or beverage sales, is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product features or promotions
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about different beverages
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to upselling and problem-solving

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
