What we are looking for:
Serving Experience: 3+ year (Required)
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Barista Experience 1+ year (Asset)
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a high-volume, quick-paced environment
Robust work ethic, team-focused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
Willingness to learn
Robust organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with OpenTable is an asset
Experience with Square Restaurant system an asset
Knowledge of different Coffee drinks
Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends

Duties:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking, confirming orders, and relaying to the kitchen
Serving food and beverages
Cleaning,



and resetting tables
Placing to-go orders
Preparing bill and processing payment
Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
Setting up and tearing down for Private Events
