Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Lead Pastor to guide and nurture our faith community. This vital role involves providing spiritual leadership, delivering compelling sermons, and fostering a welcoming environment where members can grow in their faith. The Lead Pastor will serve as the spiritual shepherd, overseeing church programs, supporting staff and volunteers, and engaging actively with the congregation to promote spiritual development and community outreach. Duties
Deliver engaging sermons and teachings that are scripture-based and resonate with diverse audiences, inspiring spiritual growth and understanding
Lead worship services, including prayer, music coordination, and liturgical practices
Develop and implement church programs that support community outreach, education, and pastoral care
Provide mentorship and support to church staff, volunteers, and congregation members
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation, connection, and spiritual exploration
Oversee church communications through written materials, announcements, and presentations to ensure clarity and engagement





Qualifications
Proven experience in pastoral leadership within a faith community or similar setting is preferred but not essential
Solid public speaking skills with the ability to deliver explicit, scripture-based messages
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse groups of people
Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams and manage church operations effectively
Experience in teaching religious principles with clarity and compassion
Ability to craft compelling presentations that educate and inspire congregants
Knowledge of hospice care principles is a plus for providing compassionate support during end-of-life situations

Pay: $41,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
