Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive dining experience
Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and safety protocols
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to accurately process orders and payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and demonstrating excellent time management skills

Requirements




Previous food preparation or food service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in a restaurant environment
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting while managing time efficiently
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
