Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Forklift Operator to join our client’s dynamic team in Paris, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience and a commitment to following safety procedures while contributing to an efficient and productive work setting.

Shift Available

Day Shift- 7am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities
Valid forklift operator license from a recognized training provider for Counterbalance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
RF scanning experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify quality issues
Positive communication skills, as paperwork and documentation are part of the role

Skills




Proven experience in warehouse distribution
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and safe lifting practices
Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues
Ability to accurately load, unload, move, and organize materials in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
