Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mexican cuisine Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced restaurant setting while contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist with plating dishes and ensuring timely service during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support other kitchen staff as needed,



including serving and supporting front-of-house operations when required
Adhere to health regulations and ensure compliance with sanitation standards

Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols is highly desirable
Familiarity with the food industry standards for meal preparation and food handling
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests and supporting the overall restaurant operation

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
