Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Breakfast Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards
MUST have WEEKEND availability.
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers as needed
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast items
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
Basic kitchen skills including use of cooking equipment, knife skills, and ingredient assembly
Ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to health and safety regulations
Team-oriented mindset with valuable communication skills

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
