Stones Jewellery is looking for full time team members to join us in our luxury jewellery store within the Empress Hotel.

Stones Jewellery has been serving clients for 52+ years and has always aimed to carry a unique assortment of Canadian made in house jewellery that can't be found in every store. As a new team member you will enjoy helping regular clients from Victoria to new clients from around the world.

Team members are responsible for the following:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
Operate cash register and handle card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Merchandise products
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals




Upsell products and services to customers

The following skills are an asset to have:
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Solid organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Experience in cashiering and handling cash transactions
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Ability to sell products by highlighting features and advantages
Proficiency in English language for effective communication

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy items. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
