Join our energetic team as an Apprentice Plumber in the third or fourth year of your training! This paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in plumbing, mechanical systems, and construction while working alongside experienced professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and HVAC systems, all within a supportive environment that encourages growth and learning. Duties
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Support the assembly of plumbing components using hand tools and power tools according to schematics and blueprints
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
Participate in carpentry tasks related to construction projects such as framing or supporting piping routes
Use welding equipment where necessary to join metal components securely
Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation




Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks and maintain a clean work setting

Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completing a 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship program for plumbing or related trades
Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with familiarity in carpentry, HVAC systems, and basic construction practices
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment used in plumbing work
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, angles, and flow rates
Experience with assembly of plumbing components and system troubleshooting is a plus
Strong commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship throughout all tasks
