GlassHouse is community rooted, seasonal, from-scratch dining with a relaxed, social atmosphere. We take our food and drinks seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What you’ll do
Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service
Create a memorable experience for every guest
Learn our food, cocktails, wine, and seasonal features
Take orders accurately and confidently guide guests through the menu
Maintain a clean, organized, professional service environment
Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothly
Help with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties
Be proactive rather than waiting to be asked
Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment

Has previous serving experience, but we’re open to the right person with less experience
Is reliable and shows up ready to work
Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and hospitality
Can work calmly and professionally during busy service
Communicates well with both guests and coworkers

Understands that being part of a restaurant team means helping wherever needed
