Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Caretaker to oversee daily operations and maintenance of our farm. This role involves hands-on work in a rural workplace, ensuring the health and productivity of crops, livestock, and farm infrastructure. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a thriving agricultural operation while developing valuable skills in farm management.

Key Responsibilties:
Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop care activities, including fertilization and pest control.
Conduct general groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, fencing repairs, and cleaning storage areas.
Support livestock care if applicable, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring.
Maintain detailed records of farm activities, equipment maintenance schedules, and crop yields.




Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Key Requirements:
Experience with irrigation systems and horticultural practices.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
Robust understanding of farm operations including crop management and livestock care (if applicable).
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or fertilization schedules.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail to identify potential issues early.
