Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant On Call professionals to join our energetic educational team. As a Teaching Assistant On Call, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across various grade levels (Kindergarten to grade 12) by providing flexible, high-quality assistance to students in a variety of classroom settings. Duties
Adapt methods and materials to meet diverse student needs, including those with disabilities or requiring additional support
Foster a positive classroom setting that encourages active participation, respect, and collaboration among students
Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a protected and inclusive space for all learners




Implement individualized education plan (IEPs) directives for students with special needs
Support students’ social-emotional development through nurturing interactions and appropriate guidance

Qualifications
A diploma or other certification in Educational Assistance or a related field
Classroom experience in early childhood education or K-12 environments preferred
Solid teaching skills with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for students with disabilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
