Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction and fabrication, demonstrating proficiency in various techniques and tools. This role involves interpreting blueprints and schematics to create high-quality products while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation of fixtures, and finishing work.
Engage in plumbing activities as required, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of systems.
Execute welding tasks for metal components as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct flooring installation and tile laying with attention to detail for aesthetic appeal.
Apply caulking and construction painting techniques to enhance the durability and appearance of finished projects.




Participate in restoration projects, bringing structures back to their original condition or improving them as necessary.

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in fabrication and construction.
Robust understanding of carpentry principles and practices.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively for accurate project execution.
Experience with caulking, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
