What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated Red-Seal or equivalent Carpenter that wants to lead. The right person is both attentive to detail and able to see the big picture of a project, patient and understanding, self starting, and has a positive attitude in stressful situations. We are a team of healthy, active individuals who value punctuality and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications:
Full knowledge of building industry; mastery of all hand and power tools is mandatory
Ability to read plans for all trades (Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler systems, and siding details) and translate theory to task at a high level




Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with apprentices, subtrades, and superiors
Well-rounded in all aspects of current residential construction and renovations (foundation to finish)
Thorough knowledge of building codes
Forward thinking in site management and safety
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle required
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Be able to work as part of a team or individually
Assist in the development of the apprentices and their growth
First Aid certificate would be an asset

Salary will be based on the value you provide to our team.
