This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the performance of a national network of over 350 locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Canadian operation, including the development and execution of operational strategy, driving sales, profitability, and guest experience, and ensuring consistent brand and operational standards across the network. Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees and key business partners is essential, as is the ability to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and profitability. The role also involves supporting current store openings, network expansion, and partnering with international and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.Applicants for this role should be commercially driven,
