Access is hiring Recruitment Consultants to build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and clients across Ireland. This isn't a role where you spend years waiting for someone to notice you. Your performance drives your progression, your earnings and how quickly you can move up.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
- Source, interview and qualify candidates for live vacancies
- Manage roles from initial briefing through to placement
- Own your pipeline and grow your desk
- Guide candidates through onboarding and into their new roles
