Must have at least 2-4 years experience in Blue Prism development projects

Must have experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory

Must have technical skills to investigate and resolve common issues related to Blue Prism

Must have sound knowledge of Process Studio| Control Room| Scheduling| Work Queues| Exception Handling| and Process Enhancement Should have ability to utilize critical thinking| analytical| and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Should be aware of processes like Release Management| Change Control| Deployments etc Should have excellent communication skills both written and oral| particularly in communicating complex| technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical teams





Responsibilities Setup new virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines Identify issues and provide fixes to those issues Work closely with Product Owners| Project Managers and other Client's teams for dependencies Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore team Expected to operate in a highly regulated| change control managed setting where attention to detail is critical Expected to balance and prioritize workload and assist other team members as needed Maintaining/creating support Knowledge Base including creation of support documentation Participate in team meetings
