Job OverviewSquamish Nature Learners is seeking a passionate, adaptable, and community-minded educator to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.This is a unique opportunity to work with a small, mixed-age group of learners (K–6) in a nature-based, place-conscious program that values connection, curiosity, and meaningful learning experiences. Our program blends outdoor education with academic learning, supporting children and families through a flexible and relationship-centered approach.This full-time position includes:4 days/week in-person teaching in Squamish (outdoor-based program)1 day/week remote supporting home-based learners and family communicationYou will work with approximately 20 students (depends on registration for the year), collaborating closely with a small team of educators.This role is best suited for educators who are excited by non-traditional learning environments and are comfortable working outdoors year-round.ResponsibilitiesPlan and facilitate hands-on, place-based learning experiences outdoorsTeach across subject areas using an integrated, inquiry-based approachSupport and guide home-based learners and their familiesBuild strong,
