We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Clothing and Riding Gear Sales Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for riders looking for the best protective apparel, helmets, and lifestyle clothing. Your mission is to ensure every customer leaves our store safely equipped, properly fitted, and looking great.

Key Responsibilities
Gear Fittings & Consultations: Greet customers, evaluate their riding style, and expertly fit them for helmets, jackets, pants, boots, and body armour.
Merchandising & Displays: Keep the apparel department looking premium by organizing clothing racks, setting up seasonal gear displays, and ensuring sizing is easy to navigate.
Sales Transactions: Handle point-of-sale (POS) processing for apparel and accessories, process payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
Stock & Inventory: Unbox incoming shipments, tag current apparel, restock the showroom floor, and assist with inventory counts.
Safety & Product Knowledge: Stay educated on safety ratings (DOT, ECE, CE), fabric technologies (Gore-Tex, Kevlar), and brand features to provide trusted advice.




Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure that shelves and displays are free of dust, carpets are clean and product is organized, stocked and displayed to sell .

Qualifications & Skills
Apparel or Powersports Familiarity: Previous retail experience in clothing sales or a robust personal interest in motorcycle/powersports culture is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately measure and fit customers for safety gear where sizing is critical for protection.
Communication Skills: Vibrant, approachable personality with an ability to build easy rapport with the riding community.
Physical Stamina: Comfort standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting apparel boxes (up to 30 lbs).
Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including Saturdays.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
