Lead Hand Construction Labourer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Hand Construction Labourer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, hardworking, and capable of leading a small crew while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality on site.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew on residential/commercial job sites
Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
Perform general construction labour duties
Read and follow site plans/instructions
Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards
Communicate with management, subcontractors, and crew members
Train and mentor junior labourers when needed
Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Requirements:
Previous construction experience required
Experience leading a crew or acting as a lead hand
Solid work ethic and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site




Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licence preferred
Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Punctual and dependable
