Job Overview
We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Shop/Office/Yard Attendant to assist with maintaining a protected, clean, and organized yard and facility.

Responsibilities
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop, office and yard, including proper storage of inventory and equipment
Assist with loading and unloading boxed material, cable reels from suppliers with a SKID STEER or moving small machinery such as excavators or trailers
Operate equipment safely, including lawn mower, grass trimmer, snow spreader during winter months
Perform DAILY/Monthly/Yearly routine audits on vehicles, tools and machinery to ensure optimal preventative maintenance performance




Coordinate garbage disposal; empty trash and multiple waste containers
Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop and disinfect work areas
Clean and maintain washrooms and fixtures
Have a strong commitment to safety
Follow policies & procedures
Work safely under Fleet Management using directed PPE

Experience
Skid steer knowledge a MUST (Proven - training/certification)
Valid class G or higher license (with clean abstract)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Dependable (arrive on time) and able to work independently
A positive attitude, team player and motivator

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
