Overview
We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
Answer guest inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism
Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with event setup and breakdown when required




Support team members in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
Address guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
