Responsibilities
In the Disability Services Caseworker role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with children, families, individuals and guardians in identifying, and assessing support needs that are within the FSCD/PDD program mandate. You will assist in supporting children and adults with disabilities through assessments, referrals, service planning, collaborating with supports and services, and ongoing service monitoring.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work OR;
Related Degree in Social Sciences such as Psychology, Community Development, Rehabilitation, or Disability Studies
Pay: $74,706.00-$96,572.00 per year
