Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
Perform minor repairs and handyperson tasks (e.g., fixing loose fixtures, tightening hardware, patching drywall, basic plumbing or electrical touch-ups, light carpentry)
Change light bulbs, filters, and other routine maintenance items
Climb stairs regularly to access upper floors, storage areas, and equipment
Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and minor emergencies (spills, leaks, etc.)
Maintain outdoor areas as needed (sweeping walkways, minor landscaping, minor snow/ice removal)
Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
Report larger repair needs to management





Qualifications:
Previous custodial, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
Basic handyperson skills (knowledge and use of tools, carpentry, and general repair experience)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
Solid attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders multiple times per shift
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lsb
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach as needed for cleaning and repair tasks
