Live-In Resident Manager/s (can be individual or team of two) required for a 62-unit apartment building located in Halifax.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Solid customer service and people skills
Ability to perform basic maintenance
General cleaning of building
Collection of applications, preparations of leases and tenant notices
Showing and renting of units to prospective tenants
Cleaning and preparing of units in a timely manner
Salting and shoveling of walkways
General computer skills
Some experience a major asset
