Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across a variety of residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation is performed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties
Remove old or damaged windows and doors with appropriate hand tools and safety procedures
Install new windows and doors, ensuring they are level, secure, and sealed properly using caulking and other finishing tools.
Use a variety of hand tools including drills, saws, hammers, levels, and wrenches to execute installations efficiently
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing existing window and door units while maintaining building integrity
Must be able to carry

Qualifications
Proven experience with construction work, carpentry, or related trades is highly preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics,



and technical drawings with confidence
Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, caulking guns, and levels
Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, plumbing basics, welding (a plus), flooring installation, and tile laying is advantageous
Solid understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and the ability to work in various environmental conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and installations
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
