The Research

Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the VECTOR study, led by Dr.

Teresa

Tsang, focusing on cardiovascular aging and advanced imaging techniques. You will manage project activities, collaborate on high-impact research, and contribute to grant proposals that support future studies. This role requires robust organizational skills and the ability to work independently across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the implementation of the VECTOR study
Draft and manage ethics applications and compliance documents




Collaborate with provincial health authorities for data management
Lead project meetings to ensure research progress
Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree with 3 years experience
Proven track record in research project coordination
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in health
Familiarity with REB applications and ethical standards Help shape the future of cardiac research at UBC by engaging in groundbreaking studies and team-oriented projects.
