Nat’s Coffeehouse in Tsawwassen is looking for a friendly individual to join our team of Supervisors! We are a local café serving up quality coffee beverages and food offerings.

A well-rounded supervisor would be able to:
Serve customers by greeting them and taking their order in a professional and respectful manner
Tailor each experience to the customer by connecting with them and engaging in conversation
Working in multiple positions, from drive thru, to front till, to bar
Serve customers in drive thru and feel comfortable wearing a headset to communicate
Serve customers the highest quality coffee and represent the brand with every drink
Continuously improve their skills
Take initiative to clean and complete daily tasks
Prepare food offerings while following the standard recipes
Display a positive attitude and work well with others




Lift small loads and put away delivery orders
Weekend Availability
Open the store as early as 5:45am and close the store as late as 7:15pm
Run the floor and position baristas according to store needs
Count cash and close tills at the end of the night
Multitask and control the floor while completing daily tasks
Listen and attend to customer complaints or any issues
Coach baristas and strive towards bettering the team

Previous barista experience is required
Supervisor experience preferred
