Duties
Build trusting relationships with youth by providing consistent support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
Develop and implement engaging activities that promote social skills, emotional well-being, and personal growth
Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to create tailored mentorship plans
Support youth in setting goals and overcoming challenges through active listening and problem-solving strategies
Lead educational workshops or teaching sessions on life skills, health, or other relevant topics




Monitor progress and document individual achievements to track development over time
Promote a protected, inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or community settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Solid passion for mentoring and empowering youth to succeed
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability to organize activities, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing needs
Prior experience in teaching or facilitating group sessions is a plus
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to fostering positive relationships with young people
