We are seeking individual to join our team in our growing service department. We are looking for a Service Advisor with strong customer service skills and the desire to work in a fast paced team workplace.

Experience with DMS Automotive Software
Minimum of two years experience in the automotive industry
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and addressing concerns and needs in a timely fashion
Fully documenting every job on work orders - from complaint to cause to correction
Maintain clear and consistent communication with both the customer and technician.
Ensuring that the customer’s expectations are met and that promised time is achieved
