Key Responsibilities: • Manage negotiations for sales-side agreements and vendor contracts • Advise cross-functional teams on commercial legal matters • Optimize contracting processes using AI technologies • Develop and maintain a contracting playbook • Handle matters from inception through to resolution

Requirements: • Law degree (J.D., LL.B.) with good standing in Ontario or equivalent • Minimum 8 years in commercial technology law • Proficiency in SaaS agreements, NDAs, and DPAs • Passion for legal technology and AI applications • Robust, team-oriented communication skills
