The successful candidate will provide leadership to on‑site security personnel, ensure compliance with client and company standards, and maintain a safe and secure workplace for staff, visitors, and property.This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents, reporting, scheduling, and operational performance in a fast‑paced environment.Responsibilities:Supervise and support security personnel during assigned shiftsEnsure all security operations are conducted in accordance with site procedures and company policiesConduct regular patrols and inspections of the facilityMonitor access control, CCTV systems, alarms, and incident response activitiesHandle emergency situations, incidents, and escalations professionally and efficientlyPrepare and review daily occurrence reports, incident reports, and shift summariesTrain, mentor,
