Overhead Door co. of Edmonton is currently looking for a full time and permanent Lead Technician for our Commercial department.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

· 3+ years of Overhead Door experience as a lead technician

· 2+ years’ experience working in a commercial or industrial workplace

· Solid customer service, communication and problem-solving skills

· Possess a valid driver’s license and clean commercial drivers abstract

· Are able to pass drug and alcohol pre-screening as required by sites

· A safety-first attitude and approach to work

· Ability to work well within a team and individually

· Ability to work overtime including some weekends

· Ability to be part of an on-call rotation

· A full complement of personal/skilled hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided when required.

The following experience / credentials are considered assets:

· IDEA Certification

· CDI Certification

· Ability to commit to out-of-town / remote work for short periods





· Progress in a ticketed trade (Electrical / Welding)
