Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper/Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in supporting food preparation, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and effective kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, cooking, and serving, with a passion for delivering quality meals in a rapid-paced setting. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Support cooking processes by following recipes and kitchen standards
Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
Serve meals efficiently and courteously to customers or staff
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen inventory and supplies




Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all prepared items
Support the team during busy service times to ensure timely meal delivery

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of meal preparation and serving practices
