Duties
Safely move and organize stock within the warehouse using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when certified.
Load, unload, and transport products accurately for delivery, ensuring items are handled with care.
Able to lift up to 50lbs to stock and/or move products.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
Operate commercial vehicles responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws during deliveries.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store front workplace to promote safety and efficiency.
Verify delivery orders, check inventory accuracy, and document all movements for record-keeping purposes.
Assist in the pharmacy as needed.
Experience
Prior experience in stock handling is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Valid Driver’s license for delivery responsibilities.
