We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Full time | 35–40 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service
Greet customers with professionalism and warmth




Answer phone inquiries and provide information about services
Assist with drop-offs, pick-ups, and payments
Book alteration appointments and manage customer requests

Production Support
Invoice orders accurately
Prepare, assemble, and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery
Organize garments on the conveyor system efficiently

Quality Control
Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet our exacting standards
Flag and resolve any discrepancies or quality concerns

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset
Strong written and verbal English
Basic computer literacy (POS systems, data entry, email communication)
Eagerness to learn and grow within a well-established company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
